    5 ***** I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough. It was very clean, well equipped, beautiful view of a golf course, lovely pool and close to the parks and restaurants. Everything we could have hoped for. The communication was excellent, we were given lots of information which helped us with everything from estas to park info and recommendations on eating out. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

    Well located beautiful villa . Good location for all parks and shopping . All bedrooms well portioned including televisions and the villa also had a tv/video/dvd entertainment room . The garage had full size pool table and many other games. The Villa was clean light and airy best part being the bedroom balcony overlooking the golf course. Would recommend this villa to all.     Villa Orlando Joy was a great place to stay and added value to our holiday. Plenty of room for our Adult family party. Easy access to all amenities including parks, resorts, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Villa had everything we needed and provided an excellent home away from home for our holiday accommodation.

    24 February - 31 March 2018 - Lots of space for family or friends visiting

    House is in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by a golf course. Close to Disney without being in the middle of the tourist area. Close to grocery, couple of good restaurants that are just a good walk if you desire. This was our third year dealing with the management and the owner. Some things that were a concern over the time we have rented were dealt with. The pool is always maintained. We have recommended to some people that they rent from the same owner, we do hope they are satisfied as we have been.

    Straight forward journey from the airport and access to the property logically simple. Limited dining options nearby but Publix supermarket is in walking distance. We slept in the downstairs bedroom which was fairly comfortable but the bed was very noisy. Good kitchen and utility room both well equipped. Upstairs master bedroom a lot better but very warm, villa policy to keep air conditioning at 78 meant we were always hot. Pool area small especially if we had my son and his family with us.     We set our air conditioning for 78 degrees, which is the recommended temperature by the utility supplier, however we allow our guest to lower this by up to 3 degrees. Michael & Estelle Costen

    Great villa, no complaints! Everyone love the Pool, especially the kids. Wi-Fi was great for being able to keep in touch with home. Had a great two weeks visiting Disney, Waterparks etc (Chinese along side Publix was well utilized!). Thank you for letting us use your villa/

    We were very pleased with this comfortable villa which was more than big enough for our family. Although our trip was plagued by torrential rains and storms we made the best of it and the children loved the parks and Disney character. Would have loved to spent more tie relaxing around the pool though. Alison, Adrian & Hannah.

    Brilliant 2 weeks away. All the little extra extras really made it 'home from home' especially as we travelled with a 6 month old. (couldn't use the travel cot as it was fit to be used). but everything was brilliant. The kids and adults appreciated the Pool. Location is fantastic too. Wi-Fi was also great for keeping in touch with home

    Wonderful villa, Excellent location for parks and amenities. Impressed with size of villa, Games Room and Pool (Fantastic for all ages). Brilliant place to stay. Would recommend it and definitely use again. Really nice to meet the owners which was a bonus for us. So sad to leave had a fantastic holiday!!

    Fantastic stay here at this lovely villa. Totally exceeded our expectations having internet was a added bonus to keep in touch with family at home. Excellent location for the Disney parks and eating areas. Nice quite and relaxing after a hard day at the parks. Pool was used a lot by our 10 yr old daughter. Thank you we will definitely return.     great house! Perfect for our party of 6. Fantastic weather & 5 parks/Braves game/Lightening Game all in 9 days and Cocoa Beach too!

    Fantastic location, Serene view in back yard and pool very much enjoyed.
