    5 ***** Had a wonderful holiday in Orlando with all my family. Orlando Charm was the icing on the cake and location was perfect. A great time was had by all (6 adults, 4 children & 4 month old Lucy) & the children especially loved the pool. Think they preferred staying at villa to going to Disney & Universal !! Would have no hesitation recommending property.

    An amazing holiday, lots of space in the villa as there were 2 lounge areas enabling us to have our own space (We were a party of 8 with 3 children.) Games room and pool kept them amused, Wifi a bit slow but they managed. The facilities were great, the largest washer and drier I have ever seen! fully equipped kitchen making it easy to cook meals if needed. Great location, easy access to parks and shopping centre's, a supermarket is less than 5 minutes away for all the necessities. Owner phoned before during and after our stay to check there was nothing we needed, the printed information was exceptionally helpful lots of tips even menus for some of the restaurants, Thank you Michael and Estelle we will stay there again if we visit Florida again

    Just returned from a 3 week stay at this wonderful villa. Party of 8 and we had loads of room. Living room and movie room so comfortable for a chill after a long day at the park. And the pool, we could not keep the kids out of it! . Close to parks Close to publix supermarket and a few bars, restraunts just 10-15 min walk. If travelling in a large party would definatley book again

    Spacious Home in Great Location for Family Fun
    We enjoyed a month-long vacation in this spacious home with lots of room for a family to be comfortable. It's in a great location close to golf, shopping and entertainment for all ages. The pool was enjoyed by all and provided hours of fun without leaving the backyard. We will definitely be considering this house for another vacation !

    Amazing Villa in a great location!!
    This well maintained home is perfectly located within walking distance to groceries store, restaurants etc... This house is very clean with a beautiful layout. Michael, the owner is very pleasant to deal with. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends.     Coming back next year.
    I’m must say my family of 9 stayed here for 8 days and it was just lovely the area where the property is at. The house was wonderful I’m looking to co come back next year and rent the same house. Michael is a wonderful person he answered all my questions and he was an great person to speak with. The Henderson’s will be back next year and we where there for Christmas which he had a tree up in the house. 20 minutes from all parks great location.

    Orlando Charm is a superb and spacious villa which easily accommodated our family party of 7. Michael, the owner was in contact during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed/to answer any queries. Rooms were very comfortable and having numerous bathrooms was a plus. Cinema room with Netflix and decent wi fi reception throughout the villa were appreciated by the kids, as was the games room. Couple of things were brought to Michael’s attention such as pool light and a missing pool net which I’m sure will be sorted for the next occupants. Probably needs a lick of paint here and there but it is a lovely villa in a great location for all the Theme parks. Being able to walk to the big supermarket and a couple of bars/restaurants was a bonus - literally just a 10 min walk away. The villa is on a Golf course community although we didn’t take advantage of the Golf during our stay. Thanks,

    Thank you for your review and appreciated your honest comments. We endeavour very hard to make sure we provide a comfortable home for our guests. The Pool light is now back on. The company that originally installed the Coloured changing light informed us the GFCI breaker was probably taken out during a storm.

    Amazing villa in a perfect location. 30 Jun - 14 Jul 18
    This villa has everything that you need for an amazing holiday. Firstly the villa is in amazing condition with plenty of room and we'll furnished. We loved having a living room and a tv room so everyone had something to suit. The pool is amazing and even better at night with the underwater lights on. The location is ideal, 20 minutes to half an hour from Disney, 45 minutes to Sea World, Universal, Legoland and Florida Mall. Clearwater beach is about 90 minutes by car and well worth a visit. Berry Town is a ten minute stroll where you can find a number of places to eat and drink. All in all its a perfect villa, would love to go back.

    2 week stay 5 - 19 Oct 17. Amazing villa and by far the best. We have stayed at three @ highlands Reserve. Will be back to this villa as we don't think you could get better. Phone call from Michael (owner) was good and nice of him to check everything is OK and thanks to Rob for the late check out.

    26 Aug - 9 Sep 17. We just managed to escape Hurricane IRMA. Had a great time , villa excellent, pool great, grandchildren loved it. Would recommend this villa and area to friends and family. Sorry to leave and get back to the real world instead of the Disney magic.

    Great house in a great location. Clean & tidy with all the amenities you should need. The games room was a great touch, not that you should ever be back in Orlando!!

    25 June - 16 July 2017 (3 Fab wks).
    Villa great, clean, Tidy and every thing you need for a great holiday, kids loved the pool, nothing better after a long day at the parks a dip in the pool. We went to Miami for 4 days and stayed in a great hotel, the kids could not wait to get back to the villa. It was nice to get back to peace ad quite. Will definitely recommend, and look forward to coming back.

    2 week stay. Been coming to Florida for 10 years. This is the best villa we have stayed in. Great pool, Furniture. Great indoor comfort. Could do with a teapot.

    We took our daughter, son in law and our 15-month old granddaughter for a week's stay. We were extremely impressed by the size and facilities. Everything was clean and modern with the pool area safe and secure. Ideally situated for the Disney parks and an easy drive to Cape Canaveral. We didn't play golf but would be tempted another time. We have already recommended the villa and had no hesitation in doing so

    Location was perfect for our stay, small issues with temperature in the house but weather was very cold outside so difficult to adjust on the fly. I would absolutely stay here again on our next trip!

    Stay 13-20 February 2016. We rented "Canterbury 4" to escape the cold of a Boston winter, it worked, the weather was warm and the villa was perfect for our vacation. The villa was spacious, well equipped and clean. It was a treat to sit by the pool over breakfast and have a quick dip before dinner.

    The neighbourhood is very pleasant with good safe footpaths for running, the golf course looked great we are not golfers so cannot say how it plays.

    The location is great with a good choice of local shops, many walking distance or not far from the malls. It is well placed for Disney, we spent time on the coast, well worth the drive, our favourite beach area was Treasure Island.

    The villa ticked all our boxes for a great relaxing winter break. The large screen TV and selection of DVDs were fantastic; improved by the sports package!!

    Have been a guest of this owners before, but first time in this villa. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, or to recommend it to family and friends. It is obviously well cared for. The villa is very spacious and light, everything we needed for our holiday. The pool and outside area is lovely, a great place to chill out. Fantastic!

    We had a very pleasant holiday made all the better by staying at this lovely villa. The villa is located on Highlands Reserve, which is on Highway 27. In my opinion this is the optimum place to stay as it offers easy access to all parks and is close to many eateries on the 192. This villa in particular was less than a 5-minute walk to a major supermarket, which was very convenient. The villa itself was clean and very well appointed, with nearly new appliances, televisions and furniture. We didn't want for anything while we were in our villa as there were plenty of towels, the Wi-Fi was good and the pool clean. The only thing we could not find was a cheese grater! All in all, if you're going to Florida for the parks and a bit of a relax then this villa ticks all of the boxes. The location was the big plus for this place and we would definitely go back to this villa
